We recommend Beaver Coach Sales and the Service Center at every opportunity.  They're the best.  One of these days we'll see if RV Outfitters can upgrade our 2006 coach's home theater a bit;  using a converter box has left our 2 analog-tunered Tv's and VCR a rather clumsy setup.  We love our coach, but it was built mere months before the digital upgrades - frustrating.
