Need to find Moen shower Fauset Parts any ideas?

Find the nearest Home Depot or Lowe's.  They have Moen parts, esp. Home Depot.

If no luck there, call Moen directly, they will send them to you. 1-800-BUY-MOEN   (1-800-289-6636)

You might want to look at their warranty here.  I have found them to be easy to work with.

I just called Moen today about my kitchen faucet that was chipping. It is six years old and they said they would sent me the part free or they would send me a complete new one for 49.00 that sells for 319.00. Should have a new one in a few days. They are great to deal with.

We had the hand held shower hose fail and it was made by Alson for Delta and has a life time guarentee. One call and the only question was where to send it. We had replaced the hose and head with an after market unit from Home Depot or Lowes.

Since I am the original owner of my 97 Marquis I have been able to get all my Moen parts free, as they are lifetime guaranteed.
They are great to work with and in fact they just shipped me a complete kitchen sink faucet for free.
