This will be a fun rally.

We still have 29 of our 90 sites available at BAC's Albuquerque Crossroads rally.  We set our budget on 90 sites, so help us fill these sites by inviting your Beaver friends to join you in Albuquerque for BAC's 1st International Rally.   We will have games, crafts, educational sessions, great entertainment, good food, and full hook-ups on paved pads.

There is a link to the Albuquerque Rally on the Beaver Home Page, George - http://www.beaveramb.org/, but it doesn't give prices for some reason.  The Winter Beaver Tales newsletter listed $415 per 2 person coach, $360 1 person coach, for rally fees.

In tagging on this rally I noticed that many of the registrants are either not going to the FMCA convention or not signing up to help with the BAC's volunteering efforts.  I would like to encourage those who are going to the convention to join the great individuals who come forward and help out. The task is not difficult and you do meet some friendly individuals.
At this convention there are some changes you should know about.  The parking for all, except handicapped, will be at the balloon fiesta park.  Two nights of entertainment will be held at the fiesta park and two nights at a nearby casino in their grand ball room.  The events at the fairgrounds will be the new coach displays and the exhibitors.  There will be 22 busses providing transportation to and from the fairgrounds to the parking area.  There is also car parking available on the infield of the track at the fairgrounds.  There will be a balloon glow event at night.  This is quite exciting to see.  Take some time and think about helping our BAC chapter provide volunteers for this event.  I'm looking for 25 additional coaches to provide security volunteers for the event.  Whatever you do travel safely.

Those of you going to Oregon this summer are reminded that BAC is also providing security volunteers for the FMCA convention at Redmond in August.  We'll need at least 100 individuals to assist with this effort in Redmond.
For either event just send me an email stating you're available to help at that venue.
