Some months back I asked if anyone knew anything about 2010 Beaver production. It created some interest, so I thought I would update you. I purchased my coach from Holiday Motorhomes in Fife,WA. They also have a location in Mesa, AZ. I periodically visit their site and check the Beaver inventory. To my surprise, they have a 2010 Beaver Patriot listed. Unfortunately, no pictures. It is in their Mesa location. This is surprising, because I thought there would be no 2010 Beavers. I am surprised that they have one and yet Beaver Coach Sales has none under new inventory. Apparently, they are being manufactured. The web address for Holiday Motorhomes is  http://www.holidaymotorhomesrv.com if you want to check it out.

Great news.  Like some others of you probably got, I received an email from Ty at Beaver Coach Sales that said they had new Beavers on order.  It's certainly good to know BCS is weathering the economic storm, and will remain our best source of product, information, and service.

We just got back from Lazy Days Campground and they had a 2010 Monaco Dynasty with the Navistar Label in stock. Makes me think they are starting to produce some coaches in the Beaver price range. By the way they do not have a lot of higher end coaches in stock and a lot  of them had sold stickers in them.

Hey folks, here's an update
On 2/25 we were at Holliday rv in Fife, Wa.  The fella we spoke with (apologies for forgetting his name) had been to the Tucson event and spoken to Mr. Lee of Navstar.  The deal with higher end production units is that they were waiting to complete the Cat deal and a redesign so that they could meet the new diesel requirements without a seperate (uria - ?) tank.  Aparently this redesign brings the polution levels in line without need for extra fueling concerns.  Word is that this is now done but he doesnt expect a 2010 Beaver production.  The only one made is at their Mesa Az. store.

I spoke with Monaco last week while looking for a manual. During the conversation I was told Monaco would not be producing Beaver Coaches any longer. They were going to build the Holiday Rambler Navigator with the Marquis interior with the hopes that the Beaver owners would accept this in place of the Beaver Coach.

Perhaps the Host Mfring. boys, sons of Hogue and Storch, should buy back the Beaver name and start building again their fathers' coaches back home in Bend.

A visit to Beaver Coach Sales website gave me a surprise... they apparently are going to handle Forest River and Winnebago (Itasca)   in addition to Holiday Rambler.

There's more on my mind, but I best not write it.

They're a great bunch of people, and reckon they'll make the best of it  .

IF I HAD WANTED A HOLIDAY RAMBLER, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT TWO BEAVERS!!
NOW NAVISTAR WANTS TO MAKE A MONACO INTO A HOLIDAY RAMBLER.  MONACO TRIED TO MAKE OUR BEAVERS INTO MONACO'S AND SEE WHAT THAT BOUGHT THEM.  GIVE ME A BREAK!!  MONACO SURE RIPPED US OFF!

I TOO WISH THE BEND FACILITY WOULD TAKE US BACK TOTALLY.

[size=14]I agree with Leah...If I had wanted a HR, I would not have bought two Beavers. Not feeling the love for Monaco right now!!! Looks like loyal Beaver owners are up the creek.

I think if any of the Beaver owners are like me, they will keep what they have. Mine cost enough as it was and I will own it for MANY years. That was the idea in buying a very well made coach. If something happened to this one I would just look for another Beaver of this vintage. I wish I had kept my old Studebaker too. Marty

Just got the new Monaco news email.  Curious that there both a Signature (2011) and an Executive (albiet 2009).  The Signature price starts at $639K I think.  Isnt that more than a new Beaver used to cost?  Gotta say though, I do like the truck style changes like the roof air dam and the lifting tag axle.  They sound good on paper anyway.
