In my ongoing quest to reduce bulk in my 2004 Santiam I am curious if anyone has comments on the usefulness of the Sanicon black water dumping system?
Has anyone installed a mounted  fresh water hose reel (powered if possible), if so any information would be helpful.  The reels I saw in ABQ were all vertical and too tall.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Jim

We like our sanicon as it is clean and easy.  Some people we talk to think it is too slow.  We still carry a sewer hose just in case it fails.  We also had a power water hose reel installed by Beaver Coach in Bend.  It is mounted behind the wall in the service bay and the hose goes through where the regulator was installed.  Make sure you have a pressure regulator installed as ours was removed.  It is power in and manual out.  This is on a 2008 Contessa.
