92 beaver3116 cat guillig chassis - zemco cruise control: acturator has 4 pins on plug going into it. I assume one is 12Vpower and one is ground. Do I need to jump the other two pins to do a manual test to see if it energizes. ON guilligs non driving test of system you remove rubber boot and move slide switch. Then it tells you to depress clutch. What clutch? The switch is located under dash on the solid state board.  This is to see if light  comes on inside board. also does the cruise control generator generate 12 volts? A wiring diagram of the cruise circuit would be helpful - I have 12 volts to cruise onoff and set switches. Also I have 12 volts to one pin on  solid state board. Do the stop lights have a separate fuse. I did not see one on fuse block.
