We also have a lot of heat in that ice maker cabinet.  If you vent it, you need an inlet and on outlet.  If the outlet is into the coach, you will now have all that trapped heat in with you, which will not reduce the load on the AC.  You may want to cut a hole out the side wall of the coach, but I do not like that idea.  So, I just left the heat in the cabinet.  It could produce some additional heat in the winter if you vent it into the coach living space.  You could use a computer type fan like the ones on the Aquahot vents.

Yes, I intend to vent to the outside.
If you have a switch on the vent fan you can keep the heat in the coach in the winter and "switch on" to vent in warmer weather.
I think the PC fan might be to small.
