I gave praise earlier this year to HWH and how they treated a client.  I have now found another that I have to recommend.  We installed the MCD Innovations duo shade on our windshield a couple years ago.  Recently the motor went out on the night shade which seems to be an uncommon occurence.  We pulled in the day before our appointment (McKinney, TX) They had the new motor installed and we could have left in about two hours but we wanted to replace 5 more of the the day night stuff we had in there already with the night shades.  They went to work on an unexpected order and had everything done and ready to roll 24 hours later.  Get Brandon for your tech, he is an awesome and dedicated worker.  With all that he did I was only charged 1 hour of labor at $85.00  I'm impressed.

Also while there we met Jim and Peg who greeted us as we pulled in.  Impressed with that too.  Got to know them a little bit while there and they wanted to do an interview with us during the 1 1/2 days we were there.  We granted that and if you go to their website, americanrver.com to their 2011 Oct show #64 you can learn about the new Rand McNally RV Gps and be entertained during the last half with the interview.  We will be at the Beavers and Campfires II Rally in Quartzsite as co-rally masters in January if anyone would feel the urge to have an autograph of two, now well known, celebrities.
