2012 Beavers -n- Campfires Photos

"Beavers -n- Campfires"  rally pictures have been uploaded on my web site, <http://gallery.me.com/davidwpark .  It is in an album titled "2012.01.17 Beavers -n- Campfires".
You may want to download your favorite pictures onto your computer for your personal use - hopefully those pictures bring back the good memories of the rally at Quartzsite, AZ in 2012 for many years.  The pictures were organized in a chronological order, and should tell the story of the Beavers at the rally at Quartzsite, AZ.

Rosa and I certainly enjoyed  Bearvers -n- Campfires experience - the good beaver friends, and the exchange of the technical info about our rigs.
Again, I hope you enjoy viewing the Quartzsite rally pictures as much as we do.

Rolling to Revolution Rally

Time to start planning your 2012 rally year if you haven't already. We now have 11 coaches signed up for the Rolling to Revolution Rally. Maximum is 15 coaches so we have only 4 spots open. Once those spots fill we will have a waiting list. In case there is a cancellation, we will use the waiting list to phone those who are interested in coming.

This rally is after FMCA in Indianapolis and rolls to Revolutionary Beavers at Croton-on-the-Hudson. Our travel includes Labor Day weekend. On the eastern seaboard this is a difficult time to get a CG. So if you are not coming with us but are going from Indianapolis to Croton-on-the-Hudson be sure to make arrangements for your camping soon.

Rolling to Revolution Rally is from August 31 through the morning of September 8. We will arrive at Croton-on-the-Hudson on Sept 6 with 2 nights camping and one day activites/meals there. During the rally (included in the fees) we will do the following: have dinner during travel days, on non-travel days we will have an activity with lunch, social hours.

2011 Rally Photos

Wine Country Christmas rally photos are now up on the rally photos 2011 section of the website.

For 2011 we had 26 rallies have photos on the BAC website. Thank you so much everyone for helping me to make 2011 a smashing success in terms of rally photos. I have sincerely enjoyed getting the photos and arranging them into Picasa Web Albums. When I looked at the photos it was really great to see all those smiling faces having so much fun. Even when I wasn't personally at the rally I could enjoy it through the photos. So again a GREAT BIG THANK YOU

So now we start into 2012. We have lots of rallies scheduled. Please everyone continue to take photos and send them on to me for publication in the Rally Photos section of the BAC website. It is great for all of us to enjoy the photos and for newbies to look at the photos and see what we do in BAC. That would be - have FUN and Friendship through our rallies.

BAC 2012 Golf Open Lebanon, OR

We are getting good response to this rally and there are still a few spots open so if you enjoy golf and want to participate I suggest that you don't delay too long.  Mallard Creek is a great RV park/golf resort and all are going out of there way to help provide a wonderful experience.  One section of the RV park has been set aside for our use so we will have a little "beaver" colony pretty much to ourselves. If you have the time, taking advantage of the extended stay option should be considered as the cost is minimal for the additional time and unlimited golf is included.  So far all attendees have opted for the extended stay.

Looking at the RV park map (link above) we have spaces 20 thru 24 and 5 thru 12 with the exception of 10 which was taken.

One item of note is that the email address in the ad for the co-rally master(s), Dick and Pat Simonis is incorrect.  Please note that the correct email address is simonis.r@gmail.com.  Apologies to any that may have sent an email and not gotten an answer.

For those that will be attending, we will be sending emails asking for your handicap index.  If anyone does not have an index just keep note of your typical scores and we can drum one up using that and the slope of the courses you normally play.  Every effort will be made to keep the event fun for all regardless of your playing ability.
